Thank You Very Much to Brian with your company who was at our home today to adjust our I Comfort Thermostat. He arrived at the time we were given, he checked out the thermostat and in no time at all the thermostat was back to showing the 5-day forecast. We told him he had "that magic touch"!! We had tried several times over the last 3 weeks to get the 5-day forecast to show again -- it kept showing we had a WiFi Signal, but we could not get a connection. Brian checked out a few things and then we were back up and running. Thanks, Brian. We appreciate Mike Bryant's quick response and always great service. We definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable and quality service.
This winter our furnace went out during one of the few cold spells and our house was down to 59 degrees. I called Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling and they came right out, determined that we had a bad ignitor, and because our furnaces and air conditioners (we have zoned heating and cooling) were original back from 1985 when the house was built, we had previously considered upgrading as we have a large house in an area where houses are selling very quickly and at high prices. We had intended to do this earlier and shopped around previously but when Mike Bryant gave us pricing we were able to get two high efficiency furnaces and air conditioners at a total cost around 30% less than other estimates we had previously obtained. So we decided to go ahead and upgrade with new equipment rather than throw more money into our 30+ year old HVAC system.Two installers, Dave & Erin were out the next morning promptly at 8:00AM,and the first thing they did was to cover the entire floor all the way from the front door to the unfinished area in our basement where the furnaces were located. They were very courteous, professional, and started dis-assembling the old furnaces and hauling them away piece by piece. They then installed the new furnaces along with new PVC exhaust piping, new thermostats, and at the end of the day they cleaned up before they left and we had heat in the house which was a very welcome relief.The next morning they installed the air conditioners including all new supply lines, and again cleaned up everything. We had a very good experience with Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling and highly recommend them.
Mike Bryant recently replaced our 17 year old furnace and A/C. We had them add zoned dampers and two new wifi thermostats. The entire team was very professional, starting with Carl coming out to go through the replacement of the system and how the process was going to work. The installers that showed up were very courteous and professional. At the end of the day, besides having new equipment, you could not tell that there had been workers at the house because of how clean they left it. I would highly recommend Mike Bryant to anyone that is searching for a high quality HVAC company. Thank you very much for your team and their effort.
Best Service Call Ever! Brian arrived on time, assessed the situation, fixed the problem without trying to upsell or oversell,and all was done at a very reasonable price. Brian was also able to inform me that the work that I had paid another company a large sum to complete the year prior had actually never been done. He took the time to educate me on what to look and listen for in the future and restored my faith and trust in service calls. Quality Work and Peace of Mind! We love the new Lennox furnace & AC unit installed yesterday. Your technicians did an excellent job with the install. Our units were over 18 years old and in desperate need of replacement. Your service team gave us an accurate assessment of what we needed and made recommendations. Thanks for your professional level of service. We can most certainly recommend your services.
I called another company (Polar Air) for service 1 month ago. At that time I had a fully functioning ac unit and just wanted to get a check up for my 6 yr old ac. After 3 visits from this other company my ac was completely broken (hottest Labor Day weekend ever)and was scheduled for a new unit and coil instalation the following week. I put in a request for service in over the weekend and Mike Bryant's team came out and within minutes knew what was wrong and had my ac fully functioning with in an hour. They did not charge us a cent and have earned all our business and word of mouth referrals. The only regret I have is not calling them for service instead of the other company. The Bryant team was quick to respond,professional,nice and most of all honest as I had been expecting a 2nd bid for a new ac and was pleasantly surprised to have it fixed instead and with no charge! Did I say that already, NO CHARGE!! What an outstanding company!
Saturday evening our air conditioner went out - the night before hosting my dads 80th bday party - over labor day weekend. Corey came out that night to diagnose, and came back with his boss Sunday morning at 6 am to install new ac. great service, great people.
I wanted to briefly extend some words of recommendation for Mike Weller, who works for Mike Bryant. He was the original technician who determined the other HVAC firm installed the incorrect motor. He came back today to check on the furnace and help with airflow. He’s someone that I would highly recommend to anyone on a residential or commercial project. He’s incredibly professional and courteous. He should certainly be commended for his job performance. As mentioned previously, if there are ways I can help Rodrock or Mike Bryant, please let me know.
Was referred to you by Angie Dunbar at Keller Williams. Terry came out this morning to provide a second opinion on work suggested by an HVAC service I've used in the past. So thankful for an honest appraisal of what's really going on with my unit. When it's time for annual service and eventual replacement, Terry will be the guy I'll call!

Mr. Bryant our HVAC has had it's challenges. Your company has provided us with great service. You have a technician who's first name is Mike. I want you to know that he went over and above what anyone could expect. We felt like he truly cared that our system wasn't working properly. He worked until midnight ultimately finding a piece of insulation stuck in the blower and that made all the difference in our system. Mike: Too often you don’t hear about a great job done by your staff, so I want to take a minute to tell you about the experience I had yesterday with your employee who changed out the A coils on our units. Right off the bat, he would not pull into the driveway to unload the equipment as he felt his truck had a small oil leak and he didn’t want to stain my new concrete driveway. He then manually carted the equipment from the street to the back of the house (really quite a distance over rough ground and one heck of a lot more effort than pulling down to the lower driveway). Then he placed a protective cover on the carpet to protect it from any potential mud/dirt from his hand truck. I must say this took a lot more effort than driving around back and leaking oil on my new drive and I really appreciated his concern for my property and additional effort on his part. I hung around for an hour to see what was going to happen, he was also quite courteous to me and explained in as much detail as I could handle what needed to be done, looked like a pretty big job to me so I took off to work. He got right to work and it was quite apparent that he knew what he was doing and a true craftsman in his trade. I really didn’t think he would get it all done in one day after seeing what he had to contend with, but when I got home around 4:30 everything was running just fine and you could not even tell he had been there. You have a good man there and he did a great and careful job. Cleaned up everything.
Mike, Thank you for the work on my sister's home--it was truly amazing what you did for them and Lennox for providing the equipment. They are very happy with the work and they tell me the difference already is outstanding. I am sure they will express their gratitude when they get some space to do so-- I hope to get them moved back home next week. Again, thank you. We purchased a James Engle home with two systems installed by Mike Bryant. We have been extremely happy with the service so far, and I've called two different times with questions around thermostats and home efficiency, and they have taken extra time to help me out. Carl in particular was extremely friendly and helpful.
Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling has provided in-home service for me in the past (help with a whole house humidifier and my air conditioning unit) but my review today is based on a call that didn't actually result in them making a sale. I was having trouble with my furnace recognizing when to light the burners. When I explained the problem to them, they could have insisted on coming out for a service call and making a quick, easy sale. Instead, they asked "are you handy?" and talked me through a quick fix of the problem I could do myself. I realize they don't offer "free phone help" and that this review may not reflect standard practice, but because mine was a simple fix, I feel like they did right by me. They will therefore be the first provider I call when I have more serious problems in the future.
